For admins, and for parents
Parent portal
Setting it up for your school, and a page to share with parents.
Updated 18 October 2026
What parents see
At parents.lauriandc.com, on their own phones, parents see each of their children:
- fees owed and payments made, with receipts
- published results and the class teacher's comments
- attendance this term (if the school shows it)
And, if the school takes online payments, they can pay fees by Mobile Money.
Turn on the portal
Who can do thisAdmins

- Open Settings › Parent portal and switch on Parent portal.
- Choose what parents see: attendance, exam progress, and whether results are held back while fees are owed.
- For extra safety, switch on Text a code on a new phone: a parent signing in on a new phone types a code texted to them (one SMS credit).
- For online payments, the Owner adds the school's account (see fees).
Give a parent access

- Press Give access. SR shows a one-time code, once.
- Give the parent the code, with the school code: print the slip and hand it to them.
A parent lost their PIN or code? Press New code in the same place.

Questions
Does the parent need an email address?
No. Parents sign in with the school code, their phone number and a PIN.
Why can't a parent see results?
Results show once the school publishes them. If the school holds back results while fees are owed, they show once the fees are paid.
Can a parent pay online?
Yes, by Mobile Money, if the school has turned on online payments. The money goes to the school's account, and SR makes the receipt.
